Ovation 1x Break a Part (5.53 oz) - Peppermint Dark Chocolate

Gift for my daughter. Got her one for Xmas and she asked for more.

I love chocolate and mint together so I thought I would try this one. I like how the individual pieces break apart when you hit it against something solid. Flavor is good and it is fun to eat. I will buy again.

I love these break-aparts! They’re great for dropping in a cup of coffee for a sweet treat.That being said - DO NOT buy from this vender! The chocolate has a white haze which indicates old dark chocolate. There is no expiration date visible on the packaging, which I’m sure would have shown as expired.

I bought this as a gift and was embarrassed when they opened it because it had that white haze over it when chocolate is either old, or got hot maybe. Not sure exactly, but I wouldn't give another one as a gift.Taste was ok, but not as good as it could have been. Package was also damaged. Not the great experience I was hoping for.

The one I received was old/dried out chocolate. Did not pass taste test either.

I get one of these every Christmas for my father while everyone else gets a chocolate orange (from another company, I’ve never tried theirs). He loves them. It has a nice peppermint taste and the chocolate is good as well.

Gave as a gift. She liked it.

The chocolate in this item was dried out and dusty looking. The mint part was not creamy. Overall the product was a complete disappointment to me. I would not give this as a gift or want to receive it. Will not buy again. Do not recomment.
