Not Worth the Gamble
I bought, enticed by the significant cost savings. After installing, I discovered that the unit was leaking and I even had a slow leak from the water dispenser. I had a choice to install another unit from the package of 3, or reorder the unit I had previously used. I decided on the reorder and the reason being, that leakage was unacceptable. So I put utensils to catch the water and waited until the other unit came. I installed it and I was delighted to find that the leaking stopped. This product was shipped in a thin cardboard box that wasn't even taped. I checked the units over and they appeared to be okay. The rest may have worked fine but an over 30% failure rate is unacceptable in a kitchen with hardwood floors.

seems to work good
I had been purchasing these from an LG parts company...one of these and one air filter were well over $100.00 I bought these and they were great and were 3 for somewhere around $50. The air filters were equally as good and only 15% of what I had been spending. Since I bought these, we are quit them...bought a complete house size water purification system for aroung $1,500 and I have a plug in where the filter goes. Don't need them now and our water all over the house is great..

Been using these a long time
Been getting these for 6/7 yrs (I lost count lol) Sometimes they are out of stock for more than a week and every time I deviate from them I regret it. I would rather wait on these than try other brands. I love how fast the water dispenses out of these (I have a keureg and drink a lot of water) so I get a little impatient when filling these up but apart from that I LOVE the way the water tastes. And for you water drinkers out there you know what I’m talking about. There’s no added mineral taste or anything like that it just tastes so pure and clean like buying a top shelf bottle of water. Highly recommend!

Clean Water
Fits perfectly in my Kenmore cafe refrigerator. These are a fraction of the cost that Sears charges and works just as well. With a 3-pack won't run out.

Work fine
I bough six of these and just put in my last one today. None of them leaked and the water quality is fine. Not sure why some have problems with leaking. Maybe they didn't install properly. Those that say the water tastes bad probably have really bad water to start with and no simple carbon filter can fix that.
