It just doesn’t steam ! It’s only 3 months and this is the second one that is sooilt

Very heavy. So difficult to use. And also code falling off from plug always. So in between i have to go and fix it. Corners you cannot clean. But sterilizes good. And good quality. 👍👍

I'm writing this after careful consideration and after giving too much of my patience and time with Black and Decker. The mop may be good, but for me it gave away after 15 days of use. The steam stopped getting generated. I tried contacting a customer care number on their site, no response. When I approached amazon, I was said its none of their issues, I need to contact a number they gave me. When I tried calling them, which I did a couple of times. I waited in queue for 45 mins, 1 hr, 30 mins. But never did I reach the customer care. When I approached amazon again, I was shared an email to reach out. When I wrote to that email, I received an answer after couple of days. I was assigned a ticket num and a tech number. When I reached out the tech he said he was out so I was expected to reach him some other time. After 2-3 days when I called him again, he asked for my invoice, which I shared. But, still no response. Later he replies on my whatsapp a CALL has been arranged with another technician. The other technician calls me and told me, he might visit in 3-4 days when he is in my area. I'm short of words what to call this company and its services. Its beyond the word pathetic. So people, until when the product is running fine its good for you. Once the product dies, you'll need to buy another, dont expect them to repair. All the warranty thing is a big BS. Please REFRAIN!!!! I'm glad I didnt invest in their high end product. Terrible is small word to describe what I've been through putting up with this company.

Pros- 1 Super easy to use 2 Slides well on any surface provided you use the correct microfibre fibre pad ( more in cons) 3 cleans greases and oils of the surface easily 4 quick start, takes less than a minute to start working. (15sec for the boiler to start producing steam + 45 sec after steam generation for the microfibre to soak it and get wet so that it slides easily) 4 People complaint about the size of the water jug but I felt if it was bigger it would have added weight to the machine and then it would have become difficult to maneuver it easily. The weight is correct, not light not heavy - just appropriate for easy glide and effective pressure. My 1100ft house required only two refills. Since ready time is less than a minute for the first time even less for the subsequent don't I dont mind it. Cons- 1 The discription says it comes with 2 microfibre pads where as it comes only with one pad. I even got the package replaced to check if it was missing in my package but no even the other package includes only 1 pad not 2. One of the user also complaint about the same. 2. The microfibre pad is not available otherwise on Amazon or elsewhere. And it's a uniquely designed pad with lines of fibre and spaces for the steam to come out so you can't replace it with any other ordinary pad or cloth. 3 The mopping is quite wet and you need to put your fans on to dry it fast and after drying certain swipe marks and water marks remain ( which is not a great concern since the floor is extremely clean) Caution - It is made in China.

Writing the review after 3 months of use. I have used a few non branded steam mops in the past which died after 5-6 months. Things to remember. 1. Use RO/ drinking water only - hard water can cause shorting 2. Keep away from legs while mopping. As its a steam mop it can cause burns if you come in contact while mopping. The mop does its job well, but the water tank quantity could have been 1 lt. I need to refill for cleaning a 1000sqft house. Also the availability of cloth is a worry as I can't find it online yet.

I have purchased this streaming mop 2 months ago and I am satisfied with it's functionality. Keep in mind this is just a steaming mop before use this you need to vacuum clean your floor first. Works perfectly no extra water on floor, I have used this product into my 2 different apartments floor and works perfectly.

Bad product. It stopped working in 2 days. Tried calling amazon and they asked me to call black & decker. Black & decker gave me the name of their service provider in bangalore and that service center answered the call after 20 attempts to say that they will get back. After that there has been no response, so basically our money went down the drain. Really waste of money and time.
