UPDATE: Delivery is a lie. The mugs I ordered went to two different states. Tracking said one was delivered but it was not; it showed up to my home the next day. The same thing happened with the second mug that I got for someone else: Said it was delivered, the person called the next day to thank me and I asked if they'd checked the mail the day before. They had and there was no mug. That's shady.I bought two of the same mug for myself and an associate. It arrived whole, the colors are nice and the mug itself is heavy/good quality. If you like personalized things (like I do), this is nice to have for yourself or to give as a gift. I would use this vendor again. It was nice to support a small business as I am a small business owner.
