FINAL UPDATE.....contacted seller. They offered a refund BUT I just said I wanted a working pump. They finally explained HOW to get pump to work. Hold VERY tightly at bottom arrow. Twist top of pump to the left and it pops up.UPDATE: lowered rating. got a 2nd bottle andpump did NOT work on this one either. It is horribly messy without the pump. Disappointed that it with so many reviews of pump not working that they can't get it fixed.Original: I had a terrier with horrible dandruff. Vet recommended adding this. IT WORKED! ALSO MY DOGS LOVE IT. I will say. The bottle drips down the side and is messy. The pump would NOT work

I decided to try a different brand that I bought locally. Not because of anything wrong with this brand but I let my amazon Prime membership go for a couple of months.My dogs wouldn’t eat their meal with the other fish oil on it. Sadly, it took me about a week to figure it out. Then it dawned on me that the only meal they wouldn’t eat was the meal I put the brand x fish oil on. I’m back to this brand which I’ve used for years and the dogs are eating again!!My Doberman has sebaceous skin issues and this resolves all of his symptoms! I also have a Xolo that are notorious for skin issues. Her skin is back to being beautiful. No more brand x for my dogs.

i’m sure this product is perfectly good and I will be buying it again, but it arrived and the pump was already broken, which seems to be a problem with deliveries of this nature. Looked it up and one pump equals approximately a teaspoon, so that’s how I’ll be measuring it out.

I was disappointed in not fing 16oz.Otherwise all ok but will be looking for 16oz size elsewhere

I only gave it 3 stars because this is the second one I have bought that had a defective pump on it that just doesn't work. Otherwise it is a good product.

Fur baby allergies

I usually use fish oil pills for my dog but thought a pump bottle would be easier to administer. The bottle comes with a pump as well as a cap you can squirt the oil from and just a plain screw in cap. The pump is defective. No matter what I did or how many times I turned it, it never worked. I have to use the cap I can squeeze oil from. It leaks after it’s closed. I wipe it off after use and it still leaks. It leaks from the part of the cap that opens and closes and it leaks from underneath the cap, despite being closed tight. I have the bottle sitting on a paper towel in my fridge so the oil doesn’t get on anything. The bottle is oily despite being wiped off every time, then my hands smell like fish oil. I assume the actual oil is fine, but the bottle and it’s defective pump and cap, are a no go for me. I’ll be trying a different brand or going back to pills.
