Omg I love these! I had gained 24lbs in one year and I was just hungry ALL THE TIME! WFH doesn’t help. I had tried the last 6 months to stick to dieting but I just can’t keep the hunger at bay so nothing had worked so far. I researched into natural ingredients that makes you feel less hungry and bitter orange came up so with the reviews, I bought a bottle of this.Omg when I say these work, they really do! I no longer snack all the time and I’ve lost 5lbs in one week! Of course with an hour at the gym everyday and being within my calorie deficit and drinking a litre to two litres of water a day. it’s no miracle pill. But I was unable to stick to calorie deficit anything before because I was just always hungry! These keep the pesky little hunger feeling at bay and I can’t wait to see what I lose in week 2.
