Good every time I go get my blood work done all my electrolytes are great. I take a half a scoop in the morning with organic lemon and ASV. And in the evening with my beat juice powder.

I was attracted to this electrolyte mix because a lot of them don't cover all the bases like this one does. They either only have B vitamins and not much else or don't have B vitamins in it. This one has it all and even zinc which a lot of them don't have and is good for men in producing testosterone.The only complaint I have is that nowhere on the cannister is it listed where this product is manufactured. They say where the company is headquartered, but that doesn't mean anything as far as where it's manufactured. I guess if I find out this is made in China where quality control is much laxer, I will have to stop drinking it. So many food products in China have been found to have poisonous levels of heavy metals and I don't want to risk my health like that. I wish they would be up front about it.

There is no sweetener, no lemon, has a very nice natural refreshing Black Cherry taste, and helps with workout recovery. It is in my list.

For the price this stuff is fantastic! I will definitely buy again. I have issues with cramps and although this product doesn't correct it 100% it does a better job than Pedialyte or just as good. The taste is ok and it's good enough for me to keep drinking it. I wish I could say the taste was great but it's not quite there but to me it doesn't matter. I've used other products that tasted better for 3 times the price but my issues with cramps never got any better with those other products. As far as flavor, Pedialyte isn't any better but it is so much more expensive. Maybe I should stock up on this product the way things have been going here in bizzarro world.

This is a great choice for electrolytes. More expensive than other brands but it has better ingredients. I use it to sweeten my iced tea as well as in my bottled water. Great taste and not much is needed.

I don’t like writing negative reviews, however, this product lacks in everything described in the label.You can see from the photo, its composition is lacking. Very light in color and barely, I mean barely, a taste of black cherry.It doesn’t mix well; cold or room temperature water still leaves clumps; regardless of how much you shake the product. You have to let it dissolve; usually 4-6 hoursAs for 90 servings, well I doubt that very much! I filled 24 bottles and I used more than half the container. Let’s not forget that the “tiny” scoop in on the very bottom of the container; and you really need long fingers to use it anyway.As for its “health value “ description on the label, well after two weeks the only difference I noticed was I was drinking water down flavor water mix.I’ve had other Amazon products that immediately had noticeable enhancements; and positive flavor!Sorry, this is not a good product for active people!Unfortunately, not returnable.I’d be cautious of “positive “ reviews
