Seller shipped wrong product causing damages
We purchased Hilti Epoxy Hybrid HIT HY 200-R, which has a slower accelerated cure time allowing the installation to be completed as planned. The seller shipped HIT HY 200-A instead, which has a much faster-accelerated cure time. After applying the epoxy for anchoring posts, we could not put the posts as the anchors were so firmed by the epoxy that could not move flexibly for fitting the posts. We incurred substantial damages for having the contractor take out anchors, re-drilling wholes to start the installation all over again.
