Does the job, but getting the lid on right is sometimes awkward as it will screw on slightly crooked resulting in spilling all down your front. Also, the rubber plug on top disintegrates after a few months' use.

Wow, gotta say I'm even more impressed from my original expections! Solid product, great price and super strong and VERY well made.Couldn't be happier!I got two of these I was so impressed.

First, a travel mug should be a standard easy thing to purchase and rely on. This mug was absolutely useless and was returned after its first use! The initial washing had the rubber ring in the lid come out and if you have ever tried to put these back in, they never go quite right. Somehow the size changes and becomes too big or too small to fit! Also, this mug has 2 holes on the lid: 1 for sipping, obviously, and 1 for ???? The second hole on top allowed for a splash back effect that had the contents all down my white shirt in dribbles on its first voyage out of the house! Seriously! I have been drinking coffee in to go mugs for 35 years, its not this complicated, but this mug just doesn't pour out right. And the worst problem, even with the attached pretty turquoise sleeve, its is untouchable for the first 10 minutes which after, ironically, your coffee is now luke warm! Terrible design, terrible cup! I am returning and hopefully have no issues. Save your money and buy the $2 reusable mug at Starbuck's---they work perfect!!!!

I adore the both the size and design of this mug. However, when they shipped it to me the first time, it was loose in the Amazon box and terrible cracked. I returned it and bought it again. I used it for exactly one week before a large crack appeared. It was knocked over, but not very hard. I would warn potential customers that this mug seems very brittle!

One use, and then it cracked after washing it by hand!! Was really disappointed with the quality and heat retention of this mug. Sad, because it was so pretty and I wanted to like it! I wasted $20 trying to be Eco-friendly.

This is a super cute mug and I love that it's eco friendly. I haven't had a problem with the lid, as other people have. However, the whole cup gets very hot. Burning your hands hot.
