Q: How much time does it take to completely charge and how long does it run afterwards??

not sure.Product manual says to charge it 21 hours before using it first time.Either ways it takes very long to charge and gets drained within 20-30 mins.

Q: How much Pa suction does it have?

Suction power 15.5 AW, which would be 806 pa (air). Suction pressure 370mm/water.

Q: Can i clean false ceiling grooves with this ?

Yes. But take note it’s for small jobs.

Q: My charger is not working

Place the vacuum cleaner properly and if red light shows, it will charge. Try cleaning the contact points with rubbing alcohol. If not, either get it repaired or take it to Sony service center
