I suffer with with depression stress and anxiety and I have been taking the ashwaganda for almost three months, the only thing I have really noticed when I think about it is that I’ve been a little more energetic and it’s helping me to keep regular but that’s all I have noticed I’m also on medication for my depression so it may be that I haven’t noticed it’s effectiveness because of that, overall I don’t want to stop taking them because I do feel like there is a difference regardless of how significant it is! Definitely one of the better capsules on the market in my opinion!

If you suffer from fatigue, brain fog and insomnia, make sure you first get your blood checked and see what's really causing these symptoms. For the past couple of years I was trying to fix my disturbed sleeping patterns as well as fatigue and brain fog and was buying different supplements. Until one day I felt badly out of breath and really really unusually fatigued. I honestly couldn't climb a flight of stair! I was panting so hard. Got my blood checked and it turned out I have a very low red blood cells count. Meaning I need to take iron tablets, a massive dose three times daily. I bought these to help with my sleep pattern and hopefully to give me some more energy. I've heard about this herb before and tried it once but at much smaller dose. I've only been taking these for 3 days, so can't say much. Didn't feel difference on day 1 and 2 but on day 3 after taking it I felt really sleepy and kinda light-headed/dizzy, so I think I will start taking them before bed.

Sadly I have to review the effect rather than the product. I observed no difference in my day to day. I tracked this through energy, gym progress, sleep quality. All remain the same so cannot reasobly give this more than a 3. I am sure the quality is good, and the packaging was solid.

They are really good quality, there's a couple of bulking agents in there but nothing too nasty. Since I've started taking them I do seem a bit more relaxed, make sure you take them at night, as they can make you a bit tired. They are one a day so don't take two, I've heard the benefits of this supplement but not really noticed a major change other than the relaxed side of it.
