Does Amazon ship this product refrigerated before and during shipment (or shipped cold)?

Whomever the hyper critical reviewer was for this product did a great disservice. It works PERFECTLY. My life is such that I am away from modern "conveniences" for extended periods of time. If it wasn't for this product, that would have ended long ago. Don't be put off by that other person's review

Is need to put in refrigerator?

We actually offer two storage options for our Dr. Formulated Urinary Tract+, a refrigerated and a shelf stable version. The only difference between the two is the bottle itself: the Refrigerated product comes in an amber glass bottle, and the Shelf Stable product comes in a desiccant-lined, BPA Free plastic bottle which does not require refrigeration. There is no difference in the formula or the health benefits between our Shelf Stable and our Refrigerated Probiotics. This one requires no refrigeration but the one that does require refrigeration (same brand) costs more. The packaging looks the same. Why the differen

I called the company, they said just packaging, the refrigeration one is a glass bottle that needs to be cold. The other is in a plastic bottle with some sort of protection against it oxidizing.

Can I refridgerate them in my hot climate?

We recommend storing your shelf stable Dr. Formulated Probiotics in a cool, dry place (like a cupboard or pantry). However, there would be no harm in storing it in the refrigerator.
