Best mop ever!
I have been using a Shark steam mop for years to clean our hard surface floors (hardwood, tile, LVP, etc.) and it was just not getting the LVP as clean as I would like due to the small groves in it. I researched automatic mops and found this one came highly recommended so I ordered it and boy am I glad I did! This is the easiest mop to use as it essentially moves itself, you just guide it to where you want it to go by twisting the handle. This is great for my bad back and makes the mopping so much easier. I used to end up all sweaty after mopping with the Shark but no more! Now I will mop more frequently and spot mop when needed due to the ease of use.The mop comes with 2 small bottles of solution, good for 4 fillings of the mop tank, and it has a light, pleasant smell. The mop cleans very well, gets under counters easily but not under the front of my refrigerator as the Shark did, and the pads are easy to change. I also appreciate the 22 foot cord which means I only have to unplug and replug once or twice to mop the entire house. Finally, I like that I control how much cleaning fluid to use depending upon how dirty the floors are.I highly recommend this mop.

A MUST have addition to your cleaning closet
Recent purchase, but I already know this is one of those things that if it ever breaks down I will rush to get another, it has already become that critical a part of my house cleaning life. I'm a hobby potter, with a wheel in my home on LVP flooring - dark flooring, so every bit of clay dust SHOWS. You have to be serious about clay dust and get it up quickly to keep from tracking it everywhere. I've tried every mop and mop system known to mankind with limited results, pretty much always having to mop multiple times to get to something approaching clean. This thing, straight out of the box, did a 100x better job of cleaning my floors. Not only that, but it's EASY, significantly easier than any kind of mop. There's no pushing and leaning into it, it's basically just steering, the swirling pads do all the hard work. Reminds me of watching high school janitors walking behind those huge spinning industrial floor cleaners - this is essentially a smaller homeowner version of the same. The first time I used it, I went ahead and cleaned the rest of the house, because it was just fun and so simple to use. It's got a huge cleaning fluid reservoir that just pops off for refilling, and a long enough cord, though I'll probably add an extension cord to keep from having to unplug and move mine, it can currently reach about halfway around my space. Simplest of controls, just two buttons nicely placed on the handle, one to turn it on, one to spray fluid. My only wish on this, if Bissell's engineers are paying attention, is it lacks wheels, so if it's upright and you need to move it, from like one room to the other or to storage or whatever, there's no tipping it back and wheeling it there, you have to just pick it up to move it. Unit isn't terribly heavy, but heavy enough that I don't love moving it around, you're better off running it, when it glides pretty effortlessly, then stopping where you plan to store it. The addition of wheels for moving it when off would be a plus.

Cleaned, NO streaks and my back DOESN’T hurt, SUPER happy w/ results
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been looking for a mop that is easy to use, lightweight, CLEANS, and not have me using a heating pad on my lower back when I’m done. I don’t think I’m asking for much. For reference, I my hardwood floors are 50 yr old redwood oak, refinished w/ 3 coats of dark ebony Miniwax on August 2021 And my floors are REGULARLY abused by:Both of my 6 yr old small Yorkie/Shih Tzu mix dogs w/ wet, muddy paws from rain/morning dew, scratching at patio sliders/food bowl just to get ONE wayward little morsel by slider’s track DESPITE the food bowls being FULL, and occasional small trickling pee puddle from the small one who has a PEAsized bladder but drinks as if she she’ll never have water again. My visiting daughter’s HUGE bull-in-a-China-shop, ottoman catapulting, furniture moving (@ LEAST 5 ft EVERY time), decimating patio screen slider of a 3 yr old happy-go-lucky, scaredy-cat , SWEETEST pit-bull/lab mix you’ll ever meet. And my loving ❤️🥰🫶🏽 compassionate 🙏🏽 supportive 👏🏽 BUT dirty, dusty, or damp summer croc, winter boot, outside sock wearing LITTLE to NON doormat wiping when he comes in the house from a rainy day, muddy yard work, dusty garage cleaning, wet pool/patio cleaning or basement workshop fiddling then draping sawdust everywhere husband . ***While this MIGHT come across as a rant to some I assure you it is true and said lovingly❣️The above mentioned individuals ARE my dark stained hardwood floors nemeses.I washed a section of floor, approximately 2’ x 5’ in front of my patio sliders. First, I vacuumed w/ my cordless Dyson and then used a Swiffer Dust Cloth Mop over the entire area. I washed the area using 4 different methods, the width of each method device. Starting left to right…. 1st … used skinny green Swiffer mop w/ wood wet mopping cloths, 2nd… used same Swiffer but w/ microfiber cloth w/ squirts from Swiffer Wet Jet’s Mr. Clean Freak bottle. 3rd …. was the Swiffer Wet Jet itself w/ Walmart jet mop cleaning redill pads. And then finally I used the Bissell Pet Spinwave w/ the included Bissell Multi Floor cleaner, per instructions is used w/ warm tap water.Wow, oh wow!!! This Bissell Pet Spinwave IS lightweight and so easy to use. It glided over the floor, didn’t jump out of my hand, and didn’t spew cleaner all over the place as it spun on the floor. I squirted cleaner generously considering the area was only 18” x 24”). It cleaned thoroughly area, didn’t leave streaks and best part … I wasn’t leaning over, pushing down on the mop to scrub. For the record, I’ve not cleaned all of my floors with this device yet. I only cleaned the MOST trafficed area for the purpose of this review. I only used the white Soft Touch pads that were included, not the included gray/white striped Scrubby pads. But I will come back to update after cleaning the other 1000 sqft of hardwood floor to let fellow consumers know how it held up. Other things to note were that the clean water tank is probably about the size of a liter of water and there are two different amounts of water and cleaner that you would put in this tank based on the size area that you’re cleaning. Also the tank was not cracked, nor did it drip water as the handle was in a reclined position. And the cord is actually quite long, I’d say more than 15 feet.Overall… I’m very happy with my purchase. So I’m giving this Bissell Pet Spinwave Mop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️3/4 but only because this model doesn’t have a recline “button/switch” … you have to put your foot gently on the bottom to hold the mop still so you can pull the hand down. I’d say go buy it!!

A good purchase and well worth the money...
This unit is very easy to use, load with cleaning fluid and move around without issues. The spray pattern is within the width of the unit and it is effective and efficient with the fluid dispersion. It covers the floor easily and the pads are easy to install and remove/replace. It was highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed...good choice.
