Paula's Choice CALM Restoring Moisturizer | Jojoba Oil & Squalane | Redness Relief & Rosacea-Prone | Dry Skin | 2 Ounce

I have had a lifelong hunt for products that do not irritate my sensitive skin. I saw this product reviewed on YouTube and decided to give it a try even though it was a little pricey for the size. I have found that it was completely worth the price and I only have to use a tiny bit each time to moisturize my entire face and neck area. It has never once irritated me, and even though it is a little thicker than I normally like my moisturizer, I just put it on before bedtime and then give my face a rinse in the morning so it doesn't look as greasy. Just love it. I also love that it has no scent! Definitely gonna keep buying it.

I've only used the product for about two weeks, but so far it's excellent. My skin is extremely sensitive and had red blotches. This moisturizer works without irritating my skin. I tried moisturizers from both Cerave and Cetaphil, which are known to be very gentle, but those products both irritated my skin and actually made the blotchiness worse. The Paula's Choice Calm Redness Relief Moisturizer does not irritate my skin at all, and I have seen a reduction in the red blotches. The moisturizer is for normal to dry skin and does not make my face oily, but if you have oily skin to begin with, then I would recommend buying this product in the normal to oily skin version. If your skin is sensitive and/or red, I definitely recommend this product! I use this in conjunction with the Paula's Choice Redness Relief Cleanser.

This product is mid-range for moisture. It won’t be enough for very dry skin. It does help reduce redness, but if your skin is chapped or sensitized from dry weather or exfoliation this product will still sting a little. The texture is normal and absorbs well, but I prefer a moisturizer that feels cool, soothing and silky.

I suspect that I have malessezia: fungal acne. And love naturally based products. I also love Paula’s Choice products. Unfortunately, many popular natural ingredients feed and promote malessezia. Same with a good amount of Paula’s Choice product ingredients from my research. This moisturizer is not one of them. It’s the first (not naturally based) nighttime moisturizer I’ve used in years and it did not disappoint. I have normal to oily skin (t zone) With my beard area being dry. This product handles all three areas very well. My skin still feels moisturized, to the touch, hours after application. Never feels suffocating nor overburdening. It’s daytime companion leaves much more to be desired though.

I like this product because it does what it says. It calms the facial rosacea I have recently developed. It has a smooth, soft, lightly scented texture. I will purchase it again. Good product!

I bought this to help with redness and it’s honestly just like any other moisturizer. Nothing special about it. My cheeks are still red and I break out more than I did. I was hoping to find something a little cheaper to help with redness than my usual moisturizer but I guess I’ll be going back my more expensive stuff.

Very good for sensitive skin

I love this product... I've been suffering from extremely red, dry skin around my nose and mouth and this has been soothing the area tremendously.
