I used to buy this from a well known health food retailer, but they stopped selling Potato Starch. I have always liked Wholefood products and this is excellent. Use it in bread recipes as a flour substitute.

I needed Potato Starch for a gluten-free bread recipe. I ordered this and hey presto - it arrived the next day. The gluten-free bread recipe was a disaster - but not because of this product! Great as a thickener and to coat and assist crispy things get more crispy - chicken, chips etc!

Better than corn flour
No longer use cobra flour, a lot better , especially for Asia dishes. Resealable bag, keeps it fresh

Starcher for 10…….
I much prefer this to cornstarch/cornflour… Much better for frying and baking, in fact anywhere you use starch. Even your shirt collars, if you are reading this from 1862.
