Love this company! My hair and my nails been growing since I've been taking these (for a little over a month now). I've even felt more energized. Great little pills with a lot to offer.

I had brittle, splitting, ridged nails and at my dermatologist's appointment I asked her about what I could do about these problems. She recommended Biotin, 5 mg. once a day. So I found it on Amazon (of course :) ) and started taking it with my other morning supplement. Within a month of starting it my nails had stopped splitting and after 2 months of taking it my nails are no longer brittle and even the ridging seems to be smoothing out. I couldn't be more pleased. As with any supplement, check with your doctor before starting it to make sure it doesn't clash with any of your other medications, but for me this Biotin worked like a miracle!!
