I have been battling constipation for so long and have tried so many things. This has been a game changer and worked after 1 day. Consistency is key! I mix this with miralax in my water each day and have felt so much better. The powder dissolves within a minute or two and is completely tasteless. I was nervous about the texture but you can't tell at all when this is mixed in. The size of this bottle is a good value for the cost and is lasting longer than I anticipated. 10/10 recommend! It does not come with a measuring spoon so I keep one with it that I provided.

There's been real improvement in my gut health ever since I started adding this to my coffee. Despite what the label says about dosage (they recommend 2 tsp three times a day) just 2 teaspoons in the morning work fine to keep me regular. This dissolves completely and is absolutely tasteless. You can add it to spaghetti sauce or gravy if you want to add fiber for the whole family. They'll never know. ;)

Good product but... the tall container (8.7 oz) is difficult to use - the "stuff" is hard to reach in the container after many uses. Getting a teaspoon or two requires one to tilt the container to slide the contents up enough to reach.

It works, and it doesn’t upset my stomach. It dissolves completely in my coffee or protein shake. It’s simple and easy to use. That made much progress since you’ve been gone.
