Vitamins are strong and may cause a little nausea if not taken with food. Smell and taste aren’t the greatest, but what healthy tastes great?

Super effective. I got gastric sleeve surgery, and these are a life saver. Tastes like rebar dipped in coyote urine, and will smell up the house if you leave them open, but you can't get a more effective vitamin, so it's worth getting past it.

I have been using the Bariatric Advantage vitamins since 2022 and my labs always come out great.

I’ve been taking this All-in-One Bariatric Multivitamin for a few days now. I chose it after hearing a lot of good things about this brand over the years, especially from people who’ve actually been through bariatric surgery and understand long-term needs. I had gastric bypass a long time ago, so I don’t mess around with generic multivitamins. Bloodwork matters, absorption matters, and I want something designed for bariatric patients—not the average person walking through a drugstore aisle. What I like most is the simplicity. One product that covers the basics, including iron, without having to juggle a handful of separate supplements. The capsule is easy to take and doesn’t bother my stomach. It’s still early, but I feel confident sticking with this. If you’re post-bariatric and looking for a no-nonsense multivitamin from a brand with a solid reputation, this is worth considering.

This iron pill is good and effective. There is no taste however it smells pretty bad. I do think it’s a great quality because this pill will actually make you start peeing orange. Cost wise it’s a little higher than our regular iron pills at pharmacies. The pill also causes constipation so make sure to take fiber pill or high fiber food when you are taking this.

I need vitamins after my bariatric surgery. My Dr. recommended that I start taking it. I feel better now and have found that these vitamins keep me going. I've lost close to 30% of my body weight so far, and I'm feeling so much better about myself.
