Good Cheap Solution - But Faulty Relay Kept Draining Battery
Installed it, horns worked right off. Wired it just as directions prescribed, however the next morning my battery was dead. Tried wiring it multiple ways to figure out what was wrong, but still drained battery. Tested the relay with a multimeter, and ironically seemed to test fine, but battery still drained despite this and I was having a hard time tracking down any parasitic draw. Went to auto parts store and bought a $9 Dorman 12V 4-pin relay, battery drain problem ceased entirely. Working fine after another week of use, so overall can't complain.

Didn’t work out.
The horn wasn’t working on my sons first car. In PA a working horn is a requirement for the safety inspection. I installed the new waiting harness and - nothing. I checked the ground, it was good. I checked the hot wire, it was good all the way to the relay switch. After wasting well over two hours troubleshooting, I cut out all of the wiring I just installed for the relay and went “old school”. I wired the push button into a new lead from the battery directly to the horn and then grounded the horn to the body. I was disappointed that I wasted close to three hours trying to make this relay harness work when it was actually a 10 minute job wiring it directly to the battery. I do not recommend this item. Your mileage may vary…
