is this finely ground to mix into coffee?

My primary use for this is to mix in coffee for health reasons. Mixes easily, tastes great.

Great question, and yes, our Cacao Powder is a premium source of 100% cacao! It's essentialy the cacao ingredient used to manufacture chocolate bars and products. We make our Cacao Powder by fermenting, hulling, dehydrating, and milling the cacao bean, and then cold-pressing the resulting powder to separate the fat portion from the solids. The fats are retained and sold as our Cacao Butter, while the solids become our Cacao Powder. What is caffeine content per serving of navitas organics cacao powder? (not interested in guesses)

All cacao beans contain some amount of naturally occurring caffeine. The caffeine content in cacao is significantly lower than what you'd get from a cup of coffee. CACAO POWDER=6.6mg of caffeine per 1 teaspoon of powder. Hope this helps with your question.
