This is a nice, serenely scented product. It'a great for soothing aching muscles in a warm bath. I bought two more bags as soon as my first one started getting low.

Love this magical salt, helps my sore muscles everytime I do a soak.

Love this product better than the regular one, costs a little more but totally worth it. I feel regenerated after a nice hot bath with this. I try to use it at least once a month for a reset.

Love this product I use it frequently! My baths make me feel refreshed. Foot soak also my feet feel great . I make other things as well and are perfect for those .

This is my Favorite magnesium flakes to use in the bath, probably because of the msm in it! I have also purchased the regular Ancient Minerals magnesium flakes without the msm and it doesn't quite relax me as much as this one WITH msm. So, I am grateful for this product, I only wish it were sold in larger bags!!

Absolutely love these flakes. There really is a difference. I can tell as I slept better and I had recently sprained my ankle and used the flakes and it helped to heal it a little faster Do yourself a favor and try at least one bag, I purchased two, you will not regret it

Cinco estrellas para este excelente magnesio en escamas de Ancient minerals, que lleva azufre añadido (optiMSM). Para diferenciarlo el paquete tiene una etiqueta azul clara con el nombre de Ultra. Pedí el magnesio en escamas en lugar de disuelto porque quería empezar a usarlo bastante diluido para evitar picores y porque resulta mucho más barato. Lo prepare utilizando el doble de agua destilada caliente (sin hervir) que de escamas de magnesio, en concreto 200 ml de agua caliente a la que fui añadiendo 100 gramos de escamas, agitando hasta su disolución. Si no produce picor se puede preparar utilizando la misma cantidad de agua que de escamas. Lo he utilizado en particular para aliviar una fascitis plantar de 6 meses de duración, aplicándolo 2 veces al día con masaje localizado y puedo decir que en 1 mes de utilización mi fascitis se ha solucionado. El vendedor y el envío excelentes, como siempre en Amazon.
