I'm not sure if you can buy new ones but I can't see that they'll wear out. There were 3 in the pack, they are like a sift lightweight rubber...I simply remove from the handle and wash with a little hand/shower wash after use.

Q: How do you clean the pads

They are quite solid pads, so just wash them in the sink with normal clothes washing liquid & rinse with clean water.

Q: Where can I get replacement pads as it states they are replaceable?

Ended up disposing of this item as the pads kept slipping off the handle. Waste of money all round.
