Q: Does this shampoo stops dandruff??

Don't know. Don't suffer with dandruff. However it's a nice shampoo & seems to have left my hair with more body.

Q: Is this suitable for coloured hair please?

I believe so. It is keratin treated hair I don’t believe it is ok because of sodium. The conditioner is very nice
