Very good material, it protects you from the sun and the cold and lasts for a long time. Very good quality.

Nice and thin
This works well under hard hat on cool days. It's thin so it's not to much when the sun comes out. Keeps the wind from chilling your neck and adds some protection from the dust at steel mills and such.

Keeps husband head warm while he is working
Great for helping keep warm - fire retardant - husband recommended to co worker and he bought one too. Needed the FR brand for work

Absolutely loved this
I bought this because I worked outdoors during the cold weather and it kept my head and face nice and warm. Never had to test if its fire resistant but I love carhartt and I love their products

Snug fitting, a bit thin
Fits very comfortably and snugly. It is rather thin and lacks good warmth in gusty/windy cold weather. I use it as a base and wear another thicker FR balaclava over it on the cold days. Still a nice balaclava
