Has Moveable "Spot"
Nice belt, comfortable and well-made. The round spot that needs to fit precisely over the hernia is moveable, which makes it easier to position as you tighten the belt. Good product.

OTC XL Belt.
OTC Hernia Belt XL size. I like this belt as it is a low cost solution for easing the pain of a hernia. If I had it to do over again I would have gotten the next size larger because I really have to tug and pull to get it to overlap. I use it without the hernia pad and it works well.UPDATE: I ordered the 2xl size belt so I wouldn't have to pull as hard to fasten the hook and loop pads and so I could rinse on off and let dry.For the price compared to what other solutions cost here and in stores I consider them a very good buy.The only caveat is they do require repositioning if you are active they tend to slide down a bit. My activities at work include walking stooping and climbing ladders to retrieve parts.

WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT WORKS WELL
THIS IS WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT. IT'S NOT JUST A SUPPORT IT COMES WITH A CUP THAT IS CONVEXED IN THE MIDDLE SO IT WILL PUSH THE HERNIA IN AND KEEP IT IN. I NEEDED IT BECAUSE I LIFT A TODDLER THAT HIS WEIGHT IS IN THE MIDD TO LOW 30'S AND I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE BELT ON. IT'S NOT THE MOST COMFORTABLE THING AND IF YOU ARE SITTING YOU WILL WANT TO TAKE IT OFF. BUT I HAVE TO SAY IT WORKS FOR ME. I THINK MY HERNIA TEAR IS ABOUT 3" OR SO

Good belt. Problem velcro fastners are glued on. They need to be sewn.
Good umbilical hernia belt. It closes with velcro and has a pad that goes over the hernia that also attaches with velcro. The problem is the velcro is glued on and often comes apart. I like the design of the belt. It stretches easily for breathing has 2 vertical bars (the black bars) that are stiff to keep the belt from rolling up.

The pressure pad has Velcro, it can be moved or removed
First belt I tried. It is very good. I wear it sometimes, now without the pad, just for basic abdominal support. Feels good. Tip: you can position the overlap on a pressure point, without the pad, for a touch more inward pressure. I am a 36" waist and the Large size is good for me. An XL would probably work, but then wrapped around further. You can also put it on and roll the whole thing over by half, so you can wear it low, like a waistband, because the inside Velcro strips are two and horizontal.

Really worked for him
This "herdle" (as my spouse calls it, for hernia-girdle) has made a huge difference in his life. His activity level has come all the way back up to pre-hernia levels without pain and worry. It's easy to wear, easy to wash (soak in gentle soap), and has lasted more than a year. He's even back to doing (more careful) Pilates and sit-ups, plus home projects that require (more careful) lifting. Good product! Ordering another one so he can keep it at work.

Amazing support, feel much better, scratches a bit
I love this belt! I had abdominal surgeries in 2015 and they left me with a smallish incisional hernia above my navel. Partly due to the hernia and due to post-op adhesions, my bowel would get partially obstructed. So after eating high-fiber foods, uncooked vegetables, etc. I had bouts of severe pain every month or so while I waited for the food to pass through the narrow obstruction. I had been recommended a pretty extensive surgery for the hernia, but there were no guarantees that it would fix the obstructions. I also was afraid of the complications that are inevitable (my problems were complications of my previous surgeries). This belt provided the best support to my hernia and pushes it in so it doesn't show. I wear it during the work day only. But, even after removing it, the hernia is smaller. The obstruction also seems to have improved, since I suspect my bowel is no longer protruded into the hernial sac where it gets blocked. The belt almost doesn't show under my clothes, unlike another belt I had previously. I only removed one star from the review because the velcro scratches my skin at the back sometimes (I don't wear an undershirt under it). Other than that, this is a great buy for those who have abdominal hernias and are waiting for surgery or decide to manage them conservatively.
