Finally got another pair. Had my 1st for over 15 yrs & they finally fell apart. Getting way HARD to find & some Internet Co.'s want $$ just for shipping as I got a good deal here on Amazon. The rubber nubs massage your feet BUT may feel like walking on a 'bed of nails' at first. I have tough feet so I broke them in a few, but a real 'TENDERFOOT' may have some major issues w/ this item. But they do say to wear them 10 min. a day until you get accustomed.You may have to trim them to fit in your shoes & for some reason it is tricky, as those darn nubs are so close together. Glad I got them & think you should as well UNLESS you are a TOTAL 'TENDERFOOT softie' & if so... forgetaboutit!!!!! PS. Made in Australia, sturdy & flexible. I RECOMMEND THEM, MATE!!!!!!

For the kind of nerve and tendon pain I have, this feels massaging and stimulates blood flow. I've worn sandals (Adidas) like these insoles before that helped and I wondered why I never saw insoles for shoes to carry on the benefit when I'm standing at work. Did a search and they were right here. Note that when I don't have pain the spikes (in my sandals) have been overkill. But during pain they are wonderful. I noticed elsewhere written, that for a softer insole can just flip around for the soft side to be up instead of down and still get some benefit.

I like them. Some may find when barefoot, the nibs are too much for tender feet. But I use the with and without socks and enjoy them either way.
