Selected Walnut Innovations controller from all the choices on Amazon. The seller ( Mr Manohar ) called me up proactively before shipping to check the kind of pump and starter I had so that there is no mismatch. The product arrived about 3 days earlier. The box came with the controller ( very well built and the quality is perceptible), 6 sensors, and a very clear instruction manual. I had a challenge in installing ( nothing to do with the product ) it due to a swapping of the colors of the wires coming down from my overhead tanks. I had to make several calls to Mr Manohar to sort it out. I have to say that not only was he very knowledgeable and was able to spot the swap, but he was very patient - he kept his calm and even called me back a few times to check if the installation was successful or not.Ultimately, I realized that it is not just the product but the service / support that defines excellence.The controller is working very well. Very highly recommended. You cannot go wrong with this one!EDIT - 06 Feb 2024The device has been functioning very well with no issues since it was bought and installed! Hope to get many more years of service!

When main supply off to on..motor ON for 1 second always.....this may damage motor...i do not like this operation or malfunction....not happy..

Working absolutely fine. The customer support is very friendly. I installed it myself with the telephonic help of customer support. It took hardly half an hour for installation.

It's saves a lot of water wastage. Earlier, my dad had to rush in order to turn the motor off but now it happens automatically...wat a relief!!!

Must buy most important is that company employee Mr.Manohar is very helpful for installation guide. But only 1 problem I have, some time Sencer automatic not work specially in morning.
