UPDATED REVIEW
I bought this product to store the following:Citracal - 200 pillsD3 - 150 softgels2 regular size prescription bottlesMelatonin - same size as prescription bottlesAspirin - 500 tablets, lg bottle1 oz bottle of eyelid cleanserI couldn't fit it all in. I had to lay the Citracal bottle and the D3 bottle on their sides, because even without the top tray, they wouldn't fit.The prescription bottles fit fine, standing up, but only if the top tray was removed.Of course, the 1 oz spray bottle of eyelid cleaner fit fine, because it's so tiny. The aspirin? No way was that going to fit, so I have to find some other container to put household OTC drugs in.So, if all you have are a few regular-sized prescription bottles and maybe a slim box of bandaids, this would be ok.Otherwise, maybe give it a pass.UPDATE: I upgraded my stars to 5, because if you pack the box right, it does hold enough. And the sturdiness is amazing. I actually fell on the first one I bpught, and although it cracked on the top it still held up. That was impressive.I did want to replace it, though, and I bought 2 more - one for OTC stuff, and one for my daily meds. Yes, I still had to remove the top tray for the daily meds box,but not for the OTC one. There is room in the daily meds box for a couple of more prescription bottles besides the ones I previously listed. The OTC box now contains: ibuprofen, antacids, BC Powder packs, allergy push-pill packs, and acetaminophen (in Ziploc baggies); eye drops and cotton wipes; a comb; and the top tray contains nail clippers/scissors, hair ties, energy boards, cortisone cream, oximeter, and a thermometer. There is stil room in te space below the tray, too.So, it holds quite a bit!I now highly recommend these boxes, especially when they go on sale (I got mine for $13 each).

Great product, but smaller than expected.
A little bit smaller than I thought. Still, it's great quality and I would recommend it to other people.

Like it
A little smaller than expected but still looks like it will hold enough items. Just don’t go big on containers

Good for Travel, Bad for storing injection supplies
If you're going to travel, it’s just fine. My syringes and needles don't fit, which is a significant issue. I'm not effectively storing my medication as intended; instead, I'm creating chaos with all my supplies. While it's manageable to travel with pills and bandages, the space is simply too limited for all of my medical necessities.

Great way to dispose of $15!
Let’s start with the positives….It’s a perfect size to keep ostomy supplies with the upper tray having just the right amount of partitions for the ancillary stuff like alcohol wipes, gauze, etc. That’s the extent if the positives. The negatives, while many, can be summed up with five (5) simple words: CHEAPEST AND THINNEST PLASTIC EVER!* inner tray doesn't stay on the “rails” or “ledge” that’s part of the moulding so it keeps falling down WITH NOTHING IN IT* lid is not aligned properly so you have to press and twist hard causing the tray to fall again if you happen to get it to stay momentarily* the clasp is so flimsy that it feels like it will break with the least amount of use* the handle is so loosely put together it becomes easily misalignedThis isn’t worth $15. It isn’t worth $5. In fact, Milton should PAY me $15 for inflicting this abortion of injection moulding upon us. This wan’t a manufacturing defect, this was a roll of the dice to see how many people would pay $15 for a product with 49₵ in build and distribution costs. What a waste of plastic, natural resources, and time.

Love that it can be opened with one hand
This little box is the perfect size for first aid supplies in my commercial kitchen. Holds what I need for cuts and burns. It’s also helpful that it can be opened with one hand seeing as when I have used it, I am usually looking for supplies for a cut of burn on my hands.
