Wonderful facial cleanser. This is very gentle on your skin. It removes your makeup and adds moisture, but not oily. I’m so glad I found this. The scent of the pink one fantastic. A soft, gentle rose scent. Helps me relax before bedtime.

The best. Have tried multiple cleansing balms high and low end and this one is simply superior. It’s the only one that will actually remove all makeup, does not irritate the eyes like some do or make the eyes blurry, smell and feel amazing and leaves your skin supple moisturized and completely clean. This is my 4th one and I will never switch. It’s easy to use, massage gently on dry skin and with a warm damp cloth gently remove. Amazing product.

Crazy expensive but perfectly sized for travel when I cant bring my full sized facewash in my handbag. It really does take the day off (I dont wear makeup) and leaves my skin soft and hydrated.

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled! I have (overused) makeup wipes for years. While convenient, they don't remove makeup well, they're expensive and terrible for the environment. This works quickly, effectively and smells wonderful. A self-proclaimed skincare snob, I'm encouraged to try more from this high quality skincare line!

Just get it! It feels great, smells great, and your skin will look so fresh and clean without feeling dry. I love it!

This is a holy grail for me. I have used so many cleansing bombs, oils etc. and I have very oily acne prone skin with rosacea so I am very sensitive. This balm not only cleans every trace of makeup from my face, makes my face so glowing, doesn’t make me oily through the day, has actually calmed down my rosacea and has not caused any breakouts. If you are going to try a cleansing bomb or cleansing oil try this one first!!! also a little goes a long way I find. In addition I broke my arm recently so I can only wash my face with one hand and this has been a godsend. I can put it on my dry face and then wipe it off with a washcloth with warm water and completely clean my face. No need to wet my face first or even splash it to rinse it completely wipes clean. I can’t say enough great things it’s really amazing. I got the original formulation.

Gently cleanses and does not dry skin. There is a lingering scent after wash. I am not a huge fan of products with added fragrance but this one does not hurt my skin. Writing this review after 3 weeks of usage.

This is a great product. I am sometimes bothered with dermatitis, and find it difficult getting make up remover products that remove make up successfully without irritating my skin. Having not tried Elemis before, I chose to go for the unscented balm instead of a scented one. I was very impressed with the results. My skin felt soft and hydrated after use, all traces of make up were removed ( even waterproof mascara ) my skin didn’t sting after use and I had no red blotches appear next day.. . This product is now part of my daily skin care, and I wished I had tried it a lot sooner
