Handles heat in intense work environment
This is an excellent device for keeping accurate counts on production equipment. I work in the forging industry and even with intense heat nearly 2 feet from this device it continues to work. Very satisfied with this product.

Better directions would make this a better prduct
ordering, immediate availability, and delivery were fine. The package has one small piece oc paper that shows various ways in which electrical connections could be made, but moderate amount of imagination is needed. There is one piece of metal with multiple holes which requires long, thoughtful contemplation to figure out how it fits in the installation process.The opinion among those that answered my question is that this is a great product.

Great product have it setup to count boxes coming off conveyor belt!

Some assembly required
Its a good buy, but you have to wire it yourself. They do give you directions. It doesnt come with screws to attach to anything. It would've been nice if it came with some sort of adhesive backing and if you could change the configuration of how it stands.

No moving parts
I work on a mass mailing machine. Paper dust builds up in an analog counter and it freezes up. This one doesn't have any problems with that.

Innacurately advertised counting speed.
This counter is advertised to count 10 times per second, it would only register at slow speeds and count at about 1.2 times per second. I tried many different ways and angles to make it work faster, but it did not work. I then contacted the manufacturer that recommended I buy additional products to make it work properly. I refused to do so and then returned it.
