Removal of 1 Appliance (Only Available with Valid Appliance Purchase)

Step one, take the hoses that are tucked into the washing machine and dump them on the floor, spilling water and waste water all over the area. Step two, remove the machine, trailing the draining hoses through the house. Also purchased installation. What a waste of money! They didn't bring tools, to install a washing machine! I don't know what they would have done if my husband, recovering from back surgery, hadn't been there with tools, and basically did the installation himself, with a couple guys learning how to do one. And this week, a year later, they contacted me and offered me money to remove my review. That is why I am updating it to one star, they are not only terrible, but also dishonest!

While they did remove the appliance as promised, they left the huge box from the new appliance in the middle of my yard and drove off.
