I rarely give 5-star reviews, but for the price, this deserves it. So far, build quality seems solid. I've been getting ads for versions of this, prompting me to look at the idea. I figured there isn't much to this, so a "off brand" generic should be fine. And so far, this does seem to be that. It really does seem to clean pores well. My nose pore sebaceous filaments look better than ever before in my life, even before I added an oil cleanser, which works great with this.

I do like the gentle massage it provides to my face when using. It is good to have the speed control adjustments. I like the overall design of the product and portability. I am not sure how long the battery lasts on a single charge or how to know if the battery is low as there is no indicator lights whatsoever to tell me. I also do not like that there is no way of knowing when the device is fully charged either so that is a huge issue that I think they need to resolve in order to make this product superior in the market.

I usually use two face cleaners. One for normal daily cleans twice a day and the other a face scrubber for after I come home from work and get all the dirt and grime off my face. I got this face scrubber so I could deep clean my face with just my normal daily face wash that doesn't have the little beads in it. So far it does a good job but not as good as the face wash with the beads in it. I find the bristles are not stiff enough. It definitely helps though. I like the vibrating massage feature as it is relaxing on my face. As far as doesn't it help with cleaning my face, maybe? I'm not sure how to quantitate that. What I don't like about this though and reason for the 1 star drop is, it doesn't seem to have a way to tell me if it's full charged or not. I just charge it for a couple of hours and assume it's good but I wouldn't be able to test how long it'll run on a single charger as I don't really ever know if it's fully charged. It would be nice if it had a charge indicator. I also don't like that it uses a proprietary charging cable as if you loose it or travel and forget to bring it, you're screwed. I wish it was just a simple USB-C port with a cover or some kind of waterproofing. Overall, I'd recommend this but I think there could be better ones out there.

Needed a facial cleanser blush. Got tired of using rags to clean my face everyday. Now I have something separate for my face.

Great product. Cord frayed quickly though.

Update 6/1/2022: I bought this on 3/11/2022. After charging it upon receiving it, I have not needed to charge it since. I use it everyday to cleanse my face, at least two times a day. Definitely a looooong battery life! I love it! Update: I have been using it twice a day for almost a month. I have not had to charge it, yet. Of course I charged when I received it. Tip: Until you memorize the settings, screen shot from the pic information on Amazon about the product/settings. Response to how the product works will be individualized. For me, when I wash my face, I use the third setting. After applying moisturizer, I use the first or second setting and the backside of the device. I exfoliated (highest setting) once. You can overdue it. You can tell and that is when I would use a lower setting. It definitely removes all of the makeup and grime. I am pleased with my purchase and I recommend it to others Original Post: I am not ready to give it the highest rating. It definitely made my face feel softer. It feels clean. It is unusual, because I am not sure which level I should use and which purpose. The directions were not specific, with the exception of not using the highest setting if it could possibly damage your skin. I do not know which setting I should use. I will have to see how this goes and provide an update. I definitely like it.

When I first got the device, I plugged it in for about 8 hours, but it just wouldn't turn on. So, I was all set to return it the next morning. But, just before I printed out the return label, I thought I'd give it one last try. I unplugged it from the charger and, to my surprise, it powered up, fully charged and ready to go. My tip for anyone getting this is to just leave it charging overnight and then check on it in the morning. You'll probably be pleased with the result. Also, the charging port is hidden under a rubber cover on the back, which some people have mentioned they had trouble finding. Just thought I'd mention that. Overall, I'm happy with it now.

Absolutely obssesing with this product, was expecting it tomorrow but arrived today, Great service, The quality is amazing, and I cannot see myself living without this product in my routine now. I would 100% recommend this to anyone!
