Seek better options
Good variety of tea, but the tins aren't tightly sealed. The teas inside are dessicated to the point of basically being dust. They don't smell or taste much like tea at this point. There are better options out there.

Great introduction to Tea
I am rather new to Tea, but this sampler is great way to discover and choose your favorites. The tins are packed with, in my opinion, good quality dry packed leaves, no stems or dust, or at least nothing I could complain on.Tins are clearly labeled, and the quick search for the labeled names on Wikipedia makes a great learning experience going along with the tasting as well.I'm on my second round thru 6 tins, and with each teaspoon making more than one cup of tea by multiple steeping, I think these 6 tins may as well last for couple of months, much more than its "sample" title may reveal. For some teas, second steeping(s) may give a better or different quality than the 1st one - in any case it is a good experimenting exercise, along with water temperatures etc...If you want to "try and see... what is this tea thing all about", go for this sample package!

Tea-baged
So, I have a new interest in tea and I shop around a few hours to find the mixture between good and cheap. Cheap is what I found, good is no-where in the equation. It, like many other "made-in-china" products is a terrible mixture of cheap goods. I'm not sure what tea leaves they used or if it was tea at all. It looked like dried leaves taken from a rotting tree branch and it tastes like rotting tree branch with soy poured on top.Don't look twice, just stay away. The only thing worth getting about this product is the small tea tins but you can get that for less than 12 dollars. It's not worth my shipping expense to send it back so I'm going to save it as a gift for someone I want to see get a stomach ache and possibly die.DO NOT BUY IT, it IS made in China, and the quailty proves it.

Reasonable purchase
The tin containers are smaller than I expected, but the quality of the tea leaves is worth the purchase. Satisfied as was looking to sample these different tea leaves to give an idea for a larger purchase of our favorite.

not what I'd hoped for
Items received weren't damaged or defective, merely reflective of bad advertising and labeling. The sampler pack is described as "6 tins (Pu Erh, Oolong, Jasmine, White Tea, DragonWell Green Tea & More!)" What came were two Oolongs, one "Black" that I guessed would be the Pu Ehr, two Green and one Jasmine. No White, and no explanation of what kinds of Oolongs and Greens were sent. The labels on the tin had only these descriptors and some Chinese labeling. Fortunately my son is fluent in Chinese, and I sent him a photo of the tins. He replied, "Well, you have one that just says Oolong tea, the other Oolong is a Tie Guan Yin, a nice flowery Oolong (unless its a Taiwanese Oolong, in which case it will be a darker). You were right about the black tea, it's pu-er. The green tea on the top middle just says Chinese green tea, so its anyone's guess what that is. The other green tea is West Lake Long Jing."I've tried all the teas, and they're not bad. In fact, I really like the one that is labeled as just "Chinese green tea" and would love to know what kind of green tea it is. I just learned that Long Jing is another name for Dragon Well. So for $12 I get to taste a good variety of decent teas, but gain little knowledge about what I am tasting. I'm really disappointed I didn't get a white tea, since this is where my education is really lacking. If I'd been sent a white tea and told the exact kinds of green, jasmine and oolongs I was getting, I would have rated this a 5 star purchase.I complained to Amazon and they refunded my credit card $2.50. OK, that's something. I hope they have this supplier deliver what they advertise and clearly label what their teas are.

Wonderful Purchase! No Regret!
I was a little iffy upon buying this product due to a few of the reviews stating it wasn't worth it.Now, I'll admit the containers are small. I just tried the Oolong Tea though, and it is delicious! Better than some I had paid a great deal more money for! I was very surprised and pleased with this purchase. The package did have a few stray leaves in it, but it was very few and that is to be expected. When you pop the lid of the tin off, it's just tea leaves. No seal or anything.I think this is overall a wonderful product and can't wait to try to other five teas that come in it.

Not a bad introduction
I received six small samples of very different teas -- a good opportunity to get a rough idea of the different types at a very reasonable price. The pu erh was undrinkable for us (not a surprise -- smelled like the bottom of a decaying boat), but the rest were quite satisfactory, the jasmine and lychee black especial favorites. If you're a tea veteran, perhaps this purchase would not please, but for the novice just moving beyond the tea bag it's a terrific deal.
