It has a wonderful creamy, smack you in the face chocolate flavor with just enough sugar to cut some of the bitterness of the coco. It is pricey with lots of packaging. Hopefully, that will keep me from overindulging. Too bad I will need to wait for the cooler weather season to order my next batch.
