It's too difficult. To the point where you may punch someone out of frustration, or someone may punch you beucase you look like a stupid human kangaroo just punching air.

I have been really enjoying the product, I get better every time. It does what it says on the tin, but I'm surprised how enjoyable it is. One thing, I really don't understand why there is a metal clip on the front? Wouldn't it work better if you just tied the elastic through the hole on the headband?
