These really work well. He would put him in his boots before he left at 5:00 in the morning and when he got home at 5:00 in the afternoon they were still warm. So they have a good longevity. They never get so warm that they're burning your feet. But they keep your feet warm. You don't have to buy a specific sizes because one size fits all. And because they're single use you can throw them away at the end of the day but you got a good use of them.

Great product. We not only use them in our gloves and boots. You can activate them and throw them in your sleeping bag to warm it up on a cold night.

I was able to put these in my sneakers for a cold sporting event and they worked great! The old ones were bulky, but these are thin with adhesive on the back. I was skeptical because they are so thin, but I was not disappointed at all! They are thin enough that you can barely feel them, and my toes were not cold after being outside for 5 hours. They get warm right away, so don't put them in your shoes until you plan to be outside or your toes will sweat.

Heats up as you move. Not great for running. They will get so hot they’ll start to burn if you run.Great for working in commercial freezers.
