Would this fit the radio flyer tricycle?

We put them on a small girls John Deere bike, they fit great Don't know about the trike

Are there 2 grips or 4 grips that come in this? order

When I ordered these there were 4. Total of 2 pairs

The grips are great, not sticky at all

Do you put these on top of existing grips or do you need to remove the old ones first?

I had bought these for grandbabies tricycle. However they were to big, so I used them on a regular kids bike, removing the old ones.
