These were a gift for my roommate who needed more knee support when working out! His arthritis bothers him tremendously & his old ones weren’t working! He wanted the support of the wrap around braces but didn’t want to have to take the time to put them on & constantly adjust them! So he found these, I bought them & he loves them! I got these for my workouts (mostly for squats and burpees). My knees get tore up from burpees since I'm old and fluffy and can't pop up from a burpee. They are comfortable enough to run in, and help with stability for squats, thrusters, wall balls, etc. etc. I have Inzer's for heavy lifting but needed something to pad and stabilize for regular workouts. If you want a lot of compression go with a smaller size as these are kind of in the middle for pressure.
