Great little oven . Easy to use, and clean. Such a great little product. Really enjoy cooking with this. Had slight issue in the beginning when the bowl cracked. Contacted the company, and replacement bowl was here within a few days. Not only a great oven, but great customer service as well. Brilliant for cooking whole joints in as well.

I like the convenience of it, since my oven broke and I live alone, this just the job, before this I had a drawer air fryer which gave up after about three years, this is much better than the drawer type, the food tastes much better and is more evenly cooked specially oven chips which taste more like chippy chips, comes with plenty of attachments and the black ring you can see is the extender which can be added to give more height, as I wrote at the top there is not room to put your hands in to remove the cooked food, do not even thing about trying to remove the food without oven gloves or a pot towel or you will end up with red marks on your arms!

Works like all halogen ovens should, 1 negative : the timer dial is difficult to reduce time if you turn the dial too far : this wasn't an issue with (doesn't matter the name), lets call it the "white 1".I chose this as out of the 100's listed (2 different designs/varying prices) this was the only 1 that appeared not to be made in that 1 halogen oven giant super factory in china.Side note : Why does there seem to be a huge choice of products but they're all the same, just with a fake manufacturer sticker (1 chinese factory fits all...). The illusion of choice. "You can have any colour you like as long as its black"

This is a very good oven, but had a new bulb when fixing the clips holding the bulb was corroded and then broke where would I buy new clips please

We all loved this halogen oven when we first received it. It cooked things quickly and throughly which is why we brought it. After only a couple of weeks use it started to overheat and began short circuiting the house electrics. I was advised by Amazon Customer Services that as this is a marketplace seller I’d need to contact them for either a replacement or refund. I wanted a replacement but Sterling Silver have completely ignored all of my emails and even those sent by Amazon for them to respond to me. The final straw with this product was when the glass bowl cracked while in use. We assumed this was tempered glass and thought how dangerous for this to happen. The seller has still not engaged 5 months later so Amazon had to issue me with a gift voucher instead. Please be warned as Amazon said they cannot remove this seller. If you have an issue with this product they will ignore your messages. My advise to anyone thinking of buying from this seller is please don’t, there are plenty of other more trustworthy halogen oven sellers which I’m now going to investigate as I need a replacement. I wish Amazon would allow me to put no stars.

Great work top air fryer/fan oven .Value for money.

Ordered and it came with a broken bulb. The seller replaced it and sent another. Now, this one is just noisy. Not because of the fan but just makes a racket when cooking. Also bought one for my sister and hers is the same. It cooks the food perfectly but you can't ignore the noise if your using the stove as well and have to be in the kitchen, its a bit grating.

Our oven broke and I couldn’t afford a new one right away. This little thing does the job just as well. We’ve baked cookies and roasted chicken and potatoes. All came out fine and a bit faster.
