Good buy
It is good for a couple of use. Serves its purpose. Quite effective so long as you maintain aseptic procedure. Disinfect it before re.using. started creaky sound after 4th use but needles still work fine.

not a good quality, you can use 2-3 times, after that the color of the handle comes off and the needles are not sharp anymore
