This is a very cool coffee machine! My wife loves coffee very much, and for her, this machine was an excellent gift! I'm lowering the rating by 1 star only because of Amazon itself - I am shocked by the condition the coffee machine arrived in. The box was bent in several places and had torn cardboard, and the coffee machine itself was covered in dust. We were praying that the coffee machine wasn't damaged. Moreover, there are several quite deep scratches on the machine itself, thankfully not on the display, but on the metal body. The coffee machine itself works properly, we cleaned it up, and now we hope it will serve us for many years. But, Amazon - you should pay attention to your warehouses and the quality of product storage. It is absolutely unacceptable that a device costing $3000+ arrived in such poor condition!!! We decided not to return the item only for these reasons: 1 - we waited a very long time for this coffee machine (for some reason, you took a month and a half to deliver it), 2 - the coffee machine itself works, although some parts of its body are damaged.

I carefully researched this item and following extensive reviews chose to purchase it. 1. Be careful any new purchaser which reseller you actually purchase an item from. I am here in the IAE and my item I was told would be shipped from Italy. Instead it came from some company out of Cyprus and the after sales service following the machine milk pressure not working was shocking. Subsequently given the cost and customer experience I have requested a refund due to poor performance.

the second time we are buying this machine and when we open it does not work.when it works its work, it works very well as we have one for home.

Tried to contact seller... no response, no help or support at all. Issue of water circuit
