After purchasing the Lifelong 3.5 liter Humidifier from Amazon, I must say I absolutely love this product. Its 3.5-liter capacity is truly wonderful, ensuring it runs for a long time before needing a refill. One standout feature is the absolute absence of noise; it operates silently, making it perfect for a peaceful environment. It's give fresh air with pleasant smell. It's mist are really good for skin. It's have also not any leakage problem. The sleek appearance of the humidifier is very pleasing, and it seamlessly fits into any room. Assembly and usage are a breeze, thanks to the user-friendly design. I'm so impressed that I've already ordered another one! Kudos to the manufacturing team for creating such an exceptional product.

The product is: 1. Good and delivers good amount of COLD MIST (does not deliver hot mist or steam as was expected !) 2. The look, feel, and functionality, capacity of water, power cord, packing were all good. But, 1. The description in Amazon DID NOT say it delivers 'cool mist'. And, when I had searched for HOT WATER VAPOUR delivery this product was listed at the top ! 2. Spoke to the WhatsApp number provided in the catalog, after receiving. The person was too good, patient technically knowledgeable, and was very helpful. 3. He took feedback on the Amazon listing of product, and assured to correct misrepresentation, if any, so that it will not show up when searched for HOT MIST delivery product. 4. He also said he will get back with replacement product which delivers HOT MIST. Took my name, both eMail id and telephone number 5. He suggested to return the product. And he was graceful.

After a couple of mths of use I can write a proper review. First thing is as long as the humidifier is working it is good. The problem is that the inlet rubber valve malfunctions almost everyday, so you have to dip your hand into the water lift the valve and then it would work again for a couple of hrs. 2nd the controls are too finicky for a product as simple as a humidifier. 3rd it won't start automatically after an electric outage. Lastly after cleaning it a mth ago I tried restarting it again today, ofcourse the red signal came on which I have figured is because water is not flowing down iloit of the storage tank, tried lifting the valve and the bottom tank started spilling water all over the place.. overall would not recommend this product at all.. it's still in warranty, will write an update with my experience with their customer sales

This product is very useful Works all night and more. Unable to set the light on a single color though, probably it’s supposed to keep changing colors. I just keep the light off. The product serves its purpose. It definitely increases the humidity and you can add essential aroma oil for fragrance. The product is: 1. Too bulky

Packaging: Good enough. Thermacol on top/bottom, not protection from the sides. Day 1: No sound at all, works flawlessly. Using Aroma oil with it is easy but have to handle oil tray carefully, it's small. You can smell fragrance coming out the moment you turn it on. Update 9 months: Had stopped using it after about 2 months initially. Using again from a month and it's working perfectly well. Remember to not put anything else inside the container except water. I mixed essential oil with water, and now the container's bottom is ruined. Still, it's working. Using with AC as I get dry eyes but this helps. ⬇️ Mark if this was helpful to you

Everything is according to product description. Except some unmentioned things in product description, features are -1. mood light feature is optional and that to switch it on you need to press hold the timer button till it turns on. 2. that this humidifier is bpa free. 3. Amount of aroma oil needed to be filled into aromatherapy box isnt in the manual. (Only customers answered this question saying it needs to be filled full). both bpa free, mood light turn off/on functions are only mentioned in the user manual and not in the funtions or diagrams section but customers faq section of the user manual and online questions answered by customers, which not everyone checks after buying and it cant be checked before buying and customers can give two different answers hence it can be confusing and sometimes be unreliable. Confusions caused- not knowing if this was labeled bpa free or not from the company itself caused me a lot of thinking before buying the product. And when i got it i thought that the mood light wasnt working since i turned it on accidentally without knowing that theres an on and off option for it and thinking it turns on automatically,but after i shut it off and after mood light didn't turn back on after switching the humidifier back on i thought mood light was bad so i had to return a perfectly good product, (it was partially my fault for not checking thoroughly enough but after getting second product and facing the same problem i looked at other humidifiers and saw that they mention it being bpa free and mood light being optional and how to turn it on right in the product description and features to avoid any misunderstandings and i saw that other customers in questions and answers also faced similar misunderstandings as mine, hence they too said that mood light isnt working and they got the answer as to how to turn it on, so it would be better if the seller gave better access to this crucial information on the product page itself to avoid misunderstandings about such a good humidifier at such a good price and preventing return/replacement hassles. Minor issue #1 : i had this humidifier replaced 2 times and ordered new one again due to these confusions 3rd time but out of 3 total deliveries i go 2 humidifiers mildly scratched and i didnt want to return just for that so i used an online hack to get rid of the scratches i.e gently scrubbed the scratches with the non-gelled white toothpaste (use gelled for less abrasive effect) use non-gelled gently to not over scrub and damage the plastic for those who use this trick. But i d prefer it if lifelong did product quality check better so even if these are minor issues they arent caused and this will reduce returns even more and pollution and loss that increases due to return commute since unlike me not everyone that shops online thinks about it a lot. Minor issue #2 : when the humidifier is on high/medium mode while fan being off it can cause the mist to fall around the humidifier and accumulate into water droplets instead of spreading in the rooms atmosphere. To avoid this issue keep the fan on atleast 1/2 (lowest setting/little higer) if possible (experiment which works for you) and not shutting the fan off,or if you do want to shut the fan off then keep the humidifier on low or keep the fan on auto shut off (if you have a remote controlled+/- auto shut off fan) at the same time the humidifier auto shut off timer is set for so they both shut off at nearly same time. End conclusion - at this price its value for money and absolutely worth a buy,most other humidifiers with timer functions and bpa free are costly and though to cut the costs this is only 3.5 litres while others in slightly higher price might be 4-6 litres its still enough to last long enough, only one issue being that product description isnt complete so read this review and faq/customers questions,user manual according to your doubts and answers section and this review to understand the functions that arent easily found in product description to prevent return hassles.
