The product is genuinely the best I have come across with no sticky gel capsules unlike others, not smelly well preserved, I didn’t have any side effects like burps mentioned in some reviews, however was consuming a lower dose of 1 capsule a day, definitely has and have witnessed positive effect on the overall health of the body post consumption for around 2months now. Was a bit concerned reading some concerning reviews out here, however trying it out my self has put an end to all such concerns.a definite go for trusted product I mus say.

I started taking 2 per day as mentioned. It triggered inflammation, uric acid and gout! I started taking medicines. Then, started on this with one per day. Again, inflammation, uric acid and gout. There are couple of other reviews here that talks about inflammation and product batch not listed in the IFOS registry. So, all the batches are not tested. I never use the same brand. but, this is the first time I've this experience. So, please monitor your vitals if you use this or skip it if you can. Take care.

Great quality Omega-3 with no fishy aftertaste I’ve been taking this Omega-3 for several month and here’s my breakdown: *High potency – noticeable difference in joint comfort *No fishy burps or weird aftertaste *Capsules are soft and easy to swallow *Third-party tested for heavy metals (important to me!) *The bottle is a little large, just make sure you’ve got shelf space. Great fish oil that has 1,500 mg EPA, 570 mg DHA and 50 mg DPA. These are good for inflammation. I’ll continue to buy this
