Great buy for your rifle
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great quality, bright, and easy to install — solid after 3 months I’ve had the OLIGHT Odin Mini for about 3 months now and it’s been a great light. Installation was quick and easy, and it feels very solid once mounted. The output is very bright for such a compact light, and overall the build quality is excellent. I also like the rechargeable setup — it’s convenient and keeps things simple compared to constantly swapping batteries. After a few months of use, everything is still working exactly as it should. Pros: Very bright for its size Easy to install and mounts securely Great build quality and feels durable Rechargeable is convenient Has held up well over time

Quality, Innovation, Grade A Functionality
This Olight model delivers super bright light and reassuringly solid hardware, and does it with style and verve, but the star of the show is undoubtedly the attachment mechanism (aka "mount"). It's a new design (new to me anyway) that allows direct attachment of the light to an Mloc slot (nothing new about that, yeah I know but keep reading), locks up solid as a rock and then, with the mere twist of a knob and push of a button allows the user to effortlessly remove the light for handheld applications. Nothing permanently tethers the light to its mount. Take it off and replace it at will. It works just as well detached as attached. Use it unmounted as long as you like. Keep it off for a month if that's your thing. But then, when you're ready, reattachment couldn't be easier. Slide the light into a slot on the mount, listen for the soft "click," rotate the knob a half turn in the opposite direction, and you're back in business. The light can be charged mounted or dismounted with the provided USB magnetic charging cable. Either way, it's accomplished with the help of a magnetic connection, so no need to remove the battery. No need to touch the battery. No need to even think about the battery. Now that's nifty clean fast and easy. The item is truly feature-rich, with things such as dual light intensities (1250 vs 200 lumens), professional finishes on both the light and mount so that the whole operation looks like a million $$$, black or FDE colors, your choice of direct tail switch activation or use of a remote keypad, and easy (magnetic) conversion from tail switch to remote switch operation and back again. Etc., etc., etc. In summary: Functionality: very high. Value for money: very high. Improvement suggestions: One. Remember the dual light intensities (1250 vs 200 lumens)? Well, that works ONLY with direct tail switch operation. When using the remote keypad, expect to access only the 1250 lumen beam. I highly recommend that both intensities be available in both operational modalities. Access to at least two intensities is always a good thing.

Very bright, easy to mount
There are detractors of the o-light brand due to past issues with batteries. But since they’ve changed to this current brand of battery I have not had any issues with over heating. Battery life if left on is probably going to be about 4 hours. The light is bright. Like very bright. It’s enough to moderately light a medium sized room when pointed at the ceiling. It throws the beam across a 1200 sq ft house with room to go. Push button is a little mushy. It’s not like streamlight or surefire. But it does the job. It does come with a button mount for a pic rail. Due to O-light’s tail cap set up it’s not interchangeable with any other brand that I know of. M-lok mounting hardware for the light body is secure. Has not worked it’s self loose. Doubt it will. Very sturdy. Overall if you’re looking for a bright, inexpensive light that you’re not going to beat to death this is a great option.

Just what I needed
There's not really much to say about this light. if you're in the olight ecosystem, this is a no-brainer purchase as rifle light! It uses the proprietary olight charging, which is a hassle but not bad if you have a few of them laying around from other olight flashlights. The quality of the light is excellent, nice focused beam but periphery is well illuminated as well. It can definitely provide a nice level of surprise with how bright it is. You can get the more powerful big brother over this "mini" version, but I cannot imagine a scenario where you would need more powerful light than the mini. And this is coming from someone with many flashlights with way more lumens this Odin Mini. Mounting it was a piece of cake. I especially like that the switch doesn't need any screws to hold it in place and rather just clips onto the rail. Makes it very easy to adjust on the go. The light is also very easy to remove and put back not for charging or hand holding purposes. Overall, this light rivals the quality and build and easy of use of any of the top brands, maybe even exceeding it!

99% perfect
This light is extremely bright, easy to use and easy to mount. Cap with wired pressure switch is an amazing addition. I do wish the mounting plate for the pressure switch supported Mlok or key way to more easily mount it without cable ties. That being said the light and mount is of dang good quality, the light emits with authority and it’s pretty to look at. Actually prefer it to the Streamlight on my tactical 12ga. For the money this is impossible to beat. Just redo the pressure pad mounting. Magnetic is good but my hand guard is aluminum lol. Wanted to post a picture but apparently goes against community standards.

Still decent 👍
I have had this Olight for almost a year and no issues whatsoever so far. Love the sleek design. Only complaint is I have few different Olight types and the chargers only seem to work on the lights they came with.
