Good quality, reasonable price.
Functions exactly as expected and I am now charging 2 trolling motor batteries and 1 boat starting battery with 1 plug into the outlet. Simple install on my duck boat. I added length to the trolling motor wires following the instructions on proper splicing location (after the in line fuse) and it works perfect. Charging 2 AGM trolling Motor batteries and 1 Standard lead acid deep cycle battery.

Tired of Replacing Batteries from Bad Weather
I cannot store my boat at home and the storage facility does not have power. It uses three batteries that are not cheap. So I remove the batteries in the off season and keep them in great shape using this charger and conditioner in my garage. Outstanding quality. Works well. Wall mountable. Great design. Easy to use and set up. Highly advise keeping the box to store the charger then not thing. Very compact. Powerful.

Extremely high quality charger/maintainer!
I am using the Noco Gen 5x3 to charge and maintain two 12.8v lithium iron phosphate trolling motor batteries along with a standard 12v deep cycle cranking battery on-board my bass boat. Right out of the box I was in love with this unit... this thing is VERY well made. The button layout is straight forward and the indicator lights are very bright. Install was a cinch too. The unit has mounting slots on each side to secure it to any surface and the wiring is very straightforward with a 110v power cord and three sets of positive/negative battery connection leads. This is truely a "set it and forget it" unit. After initially setting your battery type, the charger remembers your preferences and begins charging automatically every time it's plugged in. (Side note: if you need a faster charger... the Gen 10 models double the output power... for my needs, the Gen 5 is fine). Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and get one of these Noco chargers. You wont be sorry.

Unit Failed in less than 2 years
One of the charging stations failed in less than 2 years. This unit was rarely used. Very disappointed. Update: the manufacturer replaced the unit under warranty with no issues. Good customer service experience.

Best bang for your buck marine charger
I purchased this 3 bank battery charger as a budget alternative for my bass boat. I have 3 12 volt batteries on board and 2 of the batteries are wired into a 24 volt trolling motor. First I’ll go over the install. If you know how to use a screwdriver and a wrench. You can install this product in your RV camper or boat. Everything is clear and simple to understand. Set up was a breeze after I got it installed. I simply selected my charging mode for my battery type. Confirmed it was on the proper voltage. And powered each bank up and away it went. It’s nice because even after you unplug it. It remembers your settings and defaults back to those settings for each bank. My first trip out with the new charger. We noticed an immediate improvement in battery life. We got an extra hour or so on our batteries on the first charge. We don’t run them dead. But I have a battery meter and I keep track of my usage and fishing times. It seems to have only gotten better as I have allowed the charger to maintain my batteries also. The batteries are on their second season and they’re functioning as if they were brand new. Durability seams very good. It gets tossed around a little in my boat and we have had zero issues with it. I haven’t yet tested out the waterproofing of the unit, thankfully. Because it is installed inside the dry area in my bass boat. Only reason I gave waterproofing a 3 star is because I cannot confirm or deny its quality or lack thereof. For a budget smart charger. These things are great. Buy with confidence!

Not a quick connect model!!! Beware.
If you're looking for the classic quick connect diversity that the NOCO Genius has always had in their lineup and has been known for since the Genuus 1 series this ain't it!! I should have looked better I suppose but having quite a bit of NOCO chargers I without thinking bought this model. I mean I guess it's cool if you want to be stuck with eyelid style and you have the time to install them on a battery somehow when remote charging, but what about the people that are already vested with this company and have bought the quick connect plugs and they stay on the toys, mower, and downed cars over the winter? Or if you just need to charge a battery with bare posts? This is a horrible design and I can see why it was on sale for $119. Guess they got me because I'm gonna have to buy their quick connects and solder up the "custom" leads just so i can get back to what normal used to be for NOCO. Pics of this model and then pics of the basic genius 1 models I use.

Very easy to install and get going. Took only a few minutes. Only thing I would mention, and this is from my own personal experience in the first few days, is that I have one onboard battery exclusively running my refrigerator. It draws about 4.5-5.5 Amps. The charger maintains the battery, but I have gotten a fault twice now where the charger thinks the battery is no good because it is not keeping charge (especially when the fridge is drawing more than the charger is putting in). So it faults and shuts down that line for charging and my battery discharges. When I shut the fridge off and reset the charger, it will charge that battery back up to full and no issues. So I might need to return this unit for the 10x3 unit to ensure adequate charge is available to maintain the battery with the fridge going. But awesome product and easy to install and use. I would recommend these to everyone.

I waited two seasons of charging before this review. I have multiple battery types and different requirements for charging and storing batteries charged and ready for use. This unit is literally plug and play, safe and incredibility reliable for keeping the batteries not only charged but conditioned while in storage over the winter. Highly recommend.

Got mine and one week later Canadian Tire had it much cheaper. But I like it and performs well.

Easy to install and very clear directions. I have charged the 36v trolling motor battery bank a few times and its been quick and easy..cleary indicates battery level and doesnt get to hot. Definetly would recommend to a friend or buy again. Time will tell about durability but so far so good.

It is my fourth Nocco charger and as usual, really great. I use it to keep the RV batteries and trolling motor alive all year. The only downside with the Nocco products are, for my part, the wire. I king of use it usually in a “colder” environment, the wire are not really flexible in colds environnement, it is a little bit annoying. That would be a great upgrade for the next products
