I feel this is a high quality item. The bin was packaged well and did not require any assembly. It looks good in any kitchen and is a high end option compared to just having paper grocery bags on the floor filled with recycling. The individual bins are sturdy and can be hosed down if need be. Lid actuation is smooth and the entire bin can be easily wiped down. A great item for all your recycling needs.

I use compostable bags. I tie it around the opening of the bin and under the metal handle; the metal handle is accessible for easy removal. The bins fit perfectly and the trash can closes fine with the bags on. The bags are thin so they don’t bulge when tied. They stay put until we pull them out. The bins are on the smaller side, but I like it because it minimizes indoor waste and smells. The trash can is easy to use; step-on pedal. Each bin has a handle for easy transport. Easy to clean.

Fits perfectly in my space. Hard to find liner bags that work confortably; either too big or not strong enough!

This is a very sturdy and high quality product. You get exactly what is advertised. It looks great in my kitchen! Initially, there was a problem with the shipping carrier and I did not receive the item. I decided to contact the company about it, through Amazon, and they were quick to respond. They contacted the shipping carrier to verify the issue and immediately sent out another product my way - I received it a couple of days later! Also, a few days after I received this second product that was sent out I received the first "original" product. I contacted the same person I was originally in contact with asking how to return it and they told me to keep it, at no extra cost, and apologized for the inconvenience. The person I was in contact with was very nice, professional and understanding. Great customer service!

My 24-year-old son lives with me and is responsible for the trash. He’s not the most “fine-tuned” person, and we are both on the spectrum, so finding a trash can that helped us keep things organized was a bit tricky. Most cans we tried before had very poor lid-designs. We opted for a pedal mechanism because they seem the most durable, yet they always seemed to be the part to break first. This trash organizer is the bomb. The lid design is perfect. With three individual containers and three individual lids, they open super easily, and I know the pedal-operated lids wouldn’t be a problem at all. The size of the three containers also seems perfect for the amount of trash we produce between three humans and one cat, and frequently visiting neighbor; we empty the bins every other day. We are using 13 gallon biodegradable liners for them, and they are a bit big, but they enable us to secure the bags in the bin in a way that it doesn’t end up slipping our and sliding down the inside like with the previous trash can. I’m sure a smaller size would work too. I highly recommend this system. The black color and the design of the black lids allows for perfect labeling (we used a white marker to label each compartment), and the trash can also comes with colored stickers and a guide of what goes into which bin. It simply is a perfectly designed trash system. I felt a bit weird spending more than $100 on a trash can, but it was worth every penny.

It’s super cute but to small. Even trying to use for recycling it’s kind of small. But I’m still using to keep the area organized. If it was bigger I would give it a 10 . Still a 10 because Quality is nice It’s sturdy It fits perfect in a corner or under island cabinet

Perfect for my two-person household. We're able to go the whole week before having to empty any of the bins. Putting a bag in the cans and putting it back into the enclosure seems a bit difficult as the bags have to be tucked in a few different times before they're not poking through the lid. But otherwise I love this product. Great for finally separating our trash, recycling, and compost.

I love that I can now have one bin to sort my garbage, plastics and cans instead of 3 separate cans. The only downside, is the bins fill up rather quickly as they are smaller than the 13 gallon kitchen garbage cans I was using. I wish the bins were a little taller and about an inch wider. I have had lots of compliments on it from my guests.

Great having 3 bins for sorting and getting everyone active

Council makes us require 3 bins and it used to be a real pain separating rubbish but that is now solved. This bin at this price is a steal as the quality build and design is very very good. I saw the same bin at multiple other places for a lot more than this. The only design floor is that each bin handle lays down on the inside lip of the bin, rather than the outside lip. This causes the handle to get caught on the rubbish each time you pull a bag out, a bit annoying but a very minor detail in the end. I recommend this bin to anyone looking for a cost effective, well built and for the size, seemingly compact.

During a recent renovation, I upgraded my kitchen appliances, and along with that splurged on this garbage can, to help resolve the issues with managing recyclables. I love it! It perfectly resolved my issues -- now I can tuck away all of the paper and cardboard packaging, keep the pet food cans contained, and have enough room for the amount of kitchen garbage I produce in a day. Sure, it's not going to hold a lot of large plastic recyclables, and probably a family might need more space for garbage, but it is just right for a single person with a smallish kitchen. By the way, the packaging on this item was absolutely amazing... double-boxed in very heavy cardboard boxes, with extra corner protection and styrofoam. I added felt pads to protect my new floors and allow me to slide it easily. Unfortunately there is no obvious flat place on the bottom to attach the felt, but they seem to be working okay when angled across each corner of the base.
