I love it
I was using apple for the past 7 years 6, 6s, 7 and then 11 pro nax. But to be honest apple is not even close to note. Amazing phone ... i love it

Genuine and UAE version
Note 20 Ultra 5G was best Note series when it was released. 12GB ram with high refresh rate and super quality screen. Im not gamers, i only play CandyCrush to this phone.

Truly Ultra!
I ordered this Note 20 Ultra for use in Bahrain. Few things to note if you are planning to use in the rest of the GCC countries other than UAE.1. Compared to what the official dealer was offering in Bahrain, Amazon.ae price was less by 18% ( after taking into consideration shipping and 5% VAT chargeable for items more than BD 300).2. You don't get anything extra in the box, like clear cover or wireless ear buds. Only the charger and the wired headphones with USB C pin.3. Since it is sold in UAE, the Samsung Care service centre will be UAE. So be prepared to send the device to UAE for any service related issues. However, given the solid built of the phone, you may not have to approach the service centre.4. After registering your mobile, remember to head to the Samsung Member app or website to register your Note 20 Ultra for all the member benefits, like free Samsung Care plus, entertainer app offers, Scribd books membership, YouTube premium membership, etc.5. Visit YouTube for tips on using the S pen and the settings to get the best value out of the phone.6. Only thing I wished was the trade-in facility to be made available by Amazon.ae. Hopefully they will respond positively reading this review.7. Amazon.ae customer service was exceptionally good in answering my queries and ensuring that I received the courier within 2 days of placing the order. I used to rely on Amazon US stores, but now I have an alternative.

Poor battery, performance and camera totally disappointed......
Very poor batttery backup, if i use camera continously 15-20mnts, phone is heating too much and if shaking the phone some rattle sound was there. Camera quality is not good as expected.Only the good part is s pen. Its awsome.
