Great watch, very comfortable
I like all the features. I just dont like that I cant talk on the phone with it . cheaper ones can. But this watch is really nice. Very comfortable. Very pretty. It can do all things that a digital watch can and it also has sleep features. Relaxation mode etc. Its really cool.

Doesn’t work
Love these watches but when this one arrived nothing worked, not charging it, not turning it on. Plan on returning it

Nice watch but the app sucks
The watch is stylish and works well. Easy to charge. The app that you put on your phone doesn't work well if at all. Very disappointed in this feature. Which basically just leaves me with a watch.

This watch is very responsive. It comes right up when you want it to. The app seems to be very good. That was the problem with my last watch. The app was no good, or not supported. This watch even has supplemental apps you can get for additional free watch faces. Customer service was great.

Initial the company sent me the wrong product. However, they made it right and sent me the correct one in less than 5 days! I will order from iTouch moving forward. VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW WATCH 🙂

Broke after 4 months
Watch was working okay at first and then after a month or so I got no notifications on the screen. Did a lot of trouble shooting and never got it working and then one day after about 4 months the watch started vibrating and screen went black and never came back on. I submitted a warranty claim and had to pay 10 dollars for them to send me a new watch and then paid 15 dollars to send the old watch back. Took a few weeks to get all of the warranty back and forth finished and they sent me a new watch after I submitted tracking for the old watch. I really would rather have my money back but that window has closed. This is the second iTouch watch I have owned that has done the vibrating and black screen death. I wouldn’t waste money on another ITouch product.

I love the large easy to ready watch face. Very user friendly. Also, one of the best customer support teams I’ve come in contact with.
