The graphite thermal cooling strip works and does lower measured CPU temperatures. It is as good as all the positive reviews online and superior to thermal paste. It should be a standard part of all PCs instead of paste I reckon.

This is amazing! My temps on my razer blade laptop was as stable as applying a high quality thermal paste without the mess. I recommend this item!

I am using it from last 1 month on my 10 years old Intel CPU, so you can imagine its Thermal paste was gone. Before installing it, BIOS was showing me 80+ C temperature (I think its called Idle Temp). When windows was on and i am running any app, temp increased to 90+ C in normal condition. After installing this thermal pad with Intel Old CPU FAN, idle or BIOS temperature dropped to 50 C but while running apps, normally my kids play CS GO on Intel 2600K CPU, temperature is 80 ~ 90. So there is not much difference. Would like to add one more point, this CPU has built-in GPU, i thought high temperature might be due to that, so i installed an external GPU and disable internal GPU from BIOS, but there is no difference in the temp. So i applied Thermal Paste again and all my CPU temperature problems are resolved. Max temperature is 82 as compare to 98 when Thermal Pad was installed. Average temperature is 62 to 65. So would not recomend Pad on paste. BTW, i installed that pad on my MACBOOK PRO 2015 Ratina cuz its 5 years old and its paste is dried as well. Regards, Mazhar

Very great buy. The best purchase i ever made so far. Works very similar to thermal paste. Managed to bring down my CPU temp 20 degrees celsius when gaming.

I recently used an entire pad of this material for a workstation build I had. It was a 140W CPU with a high performance cooler. I was originally skeptical about the material but after installing and stress testing my CPU and putting it through its paces, the CPU never exceeded 70 degrees. I would say that that is pretty good performance. The pad is very easy to install. Just lay it squarely between the CPU and the heatsink and tighten down the heatsink. No more wasting thermal paste that has squeezed itself out of that space and no more need to clean up the CPU or the heatsink during removal or after installation. Now outside of my personal experience with this material, there are two points of interest that I came across in my research. 1) the sheet does not lend itself to multiple reuse. Through testing done by third parties, it was discovered that once this material has been compressed once (installed into a CPU and heatsink combination) the material is no longer as space filling and will have trouble performing as effectively the second time around. And 2) based on testing data comparing this thermal pad to thermal pastes, the pad performs on par to mid-high tier thermal pastes. With the highest tier of thermal pastes offering a 1 to 2 degree benefit. Obviously if you're overclocking or someone who swaps CPUs quite often, these pads may not be the most economical or best solution for you (as based on the research it would be best to buy a new pad every time). However, for someone like me, where I've installed my CPU and do not foresee myself replacing it, pretty much ever again, these pads are quite convenient and still deliver on the performance I need. So overall, I think it's a great product with good value, but you do have to understand your personal needs for your build to make the right decision about whether these pads are appropriate.

Oggetto sicuramente innovativo e adatto a chi vuole cambiare spesso il processore del suo PC (infatti è riutilizzabile). Devo dire che fa il suo lavoro in maniera eccellente, anche se non è efficace come la pasta termica. Considerato il costo e la riusabilità, l'oggetto vale sicuramente la pena di provarlo. La mia perplessità nasce dal fatto che la pasta termica, essendo molle e non rigida, riesce ad eliminare eventuali micro bolle d'aria che si creano (anche solo per una leggera imperfezione del dissipatore e della protezione della CPU o GPU da raffreddare) rendendo la dissipazione più sicura. Per il resto, le temperature sono ottime e il prodotto svolge bene la sua mansione. Arrivato con Prime in ritardo (Amazon sta usando corrieri proprietari non affidabili) ma comunque senza problemi. Consigliatissimo.
