This is great olive oil. We have used it in salad dressing. I have not cooked with it yet. It's fairly pricey so I don't want to use it all by cooking with it. I think it would taste excellent in pesto.

taste light, has little bitter after couple seconds, light greenish in color. Taking teaspoon before bed, didn't notice much difference yet besides going #2 easy. Taking as a health supplement
